Seekers of His Face International Prayer (SOHFIPC), with the support of the Martin Luther King Sr. Community Resources Collaborative, serves as the Augusta hub for the Choose Healthy Life Action Plan (CHL). CHL is a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing health disparities in underserved communities through health services and wellness programs.

Diabetes can have serious health impacts, but with awareness, education, and support, we can help prevent, manage, and even reverse some of these outcomes. This month, let’s learn more about diabetes, share resources, and encourage one another toward healthier lifestyles that honor the bodies God has given us
Nadine P. Collins, with over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, serves as the Health Navigator for the Augusta, GA Hub of Choose Healthy Life. In this role, she is integral to CHL's mission, leveraging her extensive medical background and her trusted position within the church to bridge the gap between faith and science. Nadine's training and experience enable her to effectively address health disparities in her community, utilizing a peer-to-peer approach to deliver health services and implement wellness programs. Her unique ability to connect with those often overlooked by traditional healthcare systems places her at the heart of Choose Healthy Life's efforts to improve health outcomes and address underlying health inequities in minority communities.
